At Orian Treks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
